Behind the Ceremonies

So, who’s the girl behind the ceremonies? Well, that would be me—a storyteller, singer, news anchor, and most importantly, a mom who believes in making every moment count.

When I’m not officiating ceremonies, you can catch me on the airwaves as a radio news anchor. I’ve always loved keeping people informed, entertained, and maybe even laughing a little along the way. Whether I’m sharing the latest headlines or a fascinating piece of history, my goal is to create moments that connect us all.

Music has also been a huge part of my life. For years, I’ve traveled performing in concert as a gospel singer, pouring my heart into every song and every stage. It’s not just about singing—it’s about creating experiences that uplift and inspire, something I strive to bring into every part of my life.

And then there’s the role closest to my heart: being a mom. My daughter, Destiny, is 21 and on the autism spectrum. She’s my anchor, my inspiration, and my greatest joy. Through her, I’ve learned the true meaning of strength, patience, and unconditional love. She keeps me grounded and reminds me every day to embrace life’s beautiful, messy moments.

So, who am I behind the ceremonies? I’m someone who believes in living with purpose, laughing often, and finding the beauty in every story—because we all have one worth telling.
